Outright loss costs
fleggy | February 26, 2008The first XIs season came to a crashing end in cascade of tumbling wickets on Saturday. Having been poised for outright victory at 4-126 chasing 173 and then 36 runs from 36 deliveries required they lost 6-13 in a handful of overs to lose outright. Ultimately it mattered as results had fallen they way the side wanted and losing outright instead of winning cost a finals place by a handful of points. Read the rest of this entry »
